We have received a plot of land from the city. The development plan for our property and the neighboring plots mentions "retention platform support."
I have searched a lot but couldn’t find any information.
Can someone help?

I have been wondering what the original language of the OP might be, and from what—probably through a combined effort of Google Translate and a spell-checker—the support for a platform to be preserved might have been derived—so far without success.
