Hello everyone,
We have received a plot of land from the city. The development plan for our property and the neighboring plots mentions "retention platform support."
I have searched a lot but couldn’t find any information.
Can someone help?
Thanks in advance

The gray-hatched area below you will be an underground parking garage, or what kind of space is that? Underground garage / basement parking?

The hatched areas represent existing buildings, and the marking TG indicates the possible building zone for underground parking beneath the apartment building.

This is just the draft. It does not necessarily mean that any existing structures will still be present on the property when the original poster buys it. I believe that was the main question.

As far as I understand, the plot has no disadvantages.

I agree with that.

And next to the semi-detached house there would be an office.
Now I have to find out if there is a slab there, and if so, whether it can be converted to passive house standard or if it should be removed completely.

I don’t understand a word.

Could you please delete the post in whole or in part with plot number [...] ? I will be careful with the pictures.

A general remark on this: Answers in public forums are provided for “everyone” — for every questioner, there are more than ten readers (who thankfully often read silently). Answers are given free of charge — and remaining available after the questioner’s curiosity is satisfied is part of that free service. Therefore, it is unfair to want to delete “your” thread or to have it deleted. There is a reason it’s called a “thread creator” and not “thread owner.” Furthermore, no one asking questions here needs to worry about their cadastral plot number being exposed: even the most desperate land searchers would not think of combing forums for plot numbers to outbid other potential buyers — because that would be the peak of inefficiency. Also, the popular blacklists of street names are nothing but childish.

The gray hatched areas represent “future to be removed” existing buildings, meaning structures that were still present when the plans were created but typically will not be preserved.
The underground garage starts with the driveway (white, opposite the forecourt with parking spaces, gray at the edge) and extends up to the orange dashed line. It belongs to the neighboring apartment block, which here serves as part of the noise protection concept shielding the single-family houses. It is not part of the existing buildings on the plot and does not extend beneath the original poster’s property.

In fact, I am also among the cautious land buyers. As long as we are not yet registered as owners in the land registry, I will remain worried that someone could take the property away from us, no matter how or why. Although the land has already been paid for, we are now waiting for the property transfer tax notice from the tax office as the next step.
