Hello everyone,
We have received a plot of land from the city. The development plan for our property and the neighboring plots mentions "retention platform support."
I have searched a lot but couldn’t find any information.
Can someone help?
Thanks in advance

You are referring to a section of the plan that you have not uploaded here yet.

Site plan of a building area: pink plots, orange route, red square marks a plot.

City map of a residential area: red houses, green trees, streets, canal, magenta line.

Hello
Now I have a complete picture.
The plot has no disadvantages as far as I understand, and next to the semi-detached house there would be an office.
Now I need to find out if there is a slab there, and if so, whether it can be converted to passive house standard or if it needs to be completely removed.
Many, many thanks to all of you.
With your help, I have made progress.
Thank you

Hello Moderator,
Thank you for your support.
I have received all the information, so please close the topic.
Could you please delete the post fully or partially including the plot number?
If it should not be public, please also remove the plan.
I will be careful with the images.

Thank you very much,

Poor language skills aside... I find it quite astonishing how many people expect others to have clairvoyant abilities *shakes head*

But kudos to those who replied: that was more than could be expected based on the information provided! I tip my hat!

Hello Climbee
I am also grateful for the effort from the others.
I received more information thanks to you all.
I went to the building authority, and the platform was the trade name for the old building that was there at some point.
The answers were perfect, thank you.
And Merry Christmas.
Best regards,
Harry
