Hi everyone,
I had the facade of my house painted by a professional company, using silicone resin paint as stated in the quote.
After the first coat, I noticed many cracks in the paint. It was painted two more times, but without any improvement. Previously, the facade had no cracks.
The facade has many indentations due to the plaster. The paint was applied with a roller.
Now the company says these are just air bubbles and that this does not affect the quality.
I don’t believe that.
What do you think about this?

If you think these are ONLY GUIDELINES, then these RILIS probably don’t matter to you. So where can your evaluation basis be found in writing?
Guidelines are, after all, the basis for evaluation.

No matter how good the wall looks, if a base and topcoat are included in the offer, then that’s how I will do it! I personally stand behind my work with my name, so why should I cut corners on quality? It has never paid off!

What you are accusing colleague Netzer of without even knowing him is quite bold! You are assuming and accusing a master painter of incompetence without knowing him at all—simply outrageous! Unbelievable! Are you serious?

I still stand by my previous posts. Where else do thousands of defect reports, court cases, and expert assessments come from every year? Certainly not from properly executed work. Why don’t you make some comments about the appearance of the facade, frost damage caused by moisture in winter, why was the facade repainted for free again, dirt accumulation in the joints? For you, only the guidelines from your Bavarian beer hall buddy apply!!!!! Since you like emojis so much, I made you one more.
