now that I have been finished installing our kitchen for a while, I would like to share the following tip with you.
Anyone who has a Tassimo machine at home knows the problem: where to store all the cardboard boxes/capsules without it looking messy and without taking up too much space on the countertop?
These 55cm (22 inches) long Ribba picture ledges are perfect due to their internal dimensions and light weight (about 670 grams (1.48 lbs) without packaging) for attaching inside a 60cm (24 inches) wide Metod kitchen cabinet door to hold the Tassimo boxes.
See pictures...
When mounting them inside the door, make sure to fix the ledge about 2.3cm (0.9 inches) from the edge on the side where the hinge is located.
Also, be careful that the screws are not too long, so they do not come out on the front side.
This way the door closes perfectly and there is no interference anywhere. Depending on whether and which shelves you have inside the cabinet, make sure nothing obstructs them.
Of course, these and the longer picture ledges can also be mounted above the countertop.
Best regards, robi

robi_aus_ffm12 Dec 2015 22:47I took a look at the Mosslanda, the dimensions seem to be the same. On the inside, there is an additional groove to prevent small pictures from slipping, even when placed in the middle.
