I am reaching out to the forum because I have an issue with my new Pax wardrobe with sliding doors. The wardrobe is 300cm (118 inches) wide and has two sliding doors.
The problem is that when both doors overlap, they slide together smoothly. However, when trying to close the rear door, it’s very difficult to separate it from the front door.
I also just noticed that the rear door is warped, meaning it appears to be compressed at the top and bottom. There is also a slight bow visible roughly in the middle of the door.
It would be great if anyone has experienced the same problem and could offer some advice.
Thank you very much in advance for any tips!
Best regards,
Nils

. . . compressed from top and bottom. You can also see a slight bowing roughly in the middle of the door.
It would be great if someone has had the same problem and could offer me some advice here. Hello, Nils,
what was the outcome in your case?
I had the same issue; the sliding doors warped and rubbed against each other. This started after only three years.
There was no warranty or goodwill coverage after four years. Have a look at what I wrote: search for

There was no warranty or goodwill coverage after four years. And how was it explained that the 10-year warranty did not apply?
