ᐅ Is it possible to use Ikea Capita legs with a baseboard?

Hello everyone,
my kitchen has been in use for months now. I treated myself to a large island and had a 3cm (1¼ inch) stone countertop made by the stonemason. To ensure everything is stable, I thought – I’ll use Capita legs and that should hold everything securely. So, each cabinet received three Capita legs per side.
So far, so good!
Now I wanted to attach the kickboards. Oh, the Capita legs are thinner than the original plastic feet. Because of this, I can’t properly clip the kickboards in place. There is a play of about 6-7mm (¼ to ¼ inch) and they wobble, which makes it almost impossible for the corners to align perfectly.
It’s important to note that I cannot move or disassemble the island, so I need a solution I can apply while it’s still installed.
I’ve seen suggestions like “glue it with silicone,” but the bonding surface is: 1. too small, and 2. I might want to access underneath again (underfloor heating, electrical cables, etc.).
Has anyone found a suitable solution for this?
Regards, Manfred

By screwing out of the thread (first screw the inner part all the way in, clamp it underneath, and then unscrew), it works quickly, holds very securely, and you don’t need to use any adhesive.
If you take a closer look at one of those plastic feet from IKEA, you’ll know what I mean...

By screwing the inner part in fully, clamping it underneath, and then unscrewing it, it works quickly, holds firmly, and you don’t need any adhesive. If you take a closer look at one of those plastic feet from Ikea, you’ll know what I mean...I think you forgot that the island is already in place with a 200kg (440 lbs) stone slab on top.
Although, in theory, the plastic feet would have been sufficient, I preferred metal.
That’s why I can no longer unscrew the feet.

You don’t need to dismantle or remove anything...
The plastic feet are added in addition to the ones you have already fixed.
They automatically clamp between the floor and the bottom panel of the cabinet through a twisting motion of the threaded part.
The plastic foot consists of two interlocking screw threads.

P.S. Take a look at the assembly instructions, page 2. The top two parts on the left... then it will probably click.
