Hey, @Guido1980, how steep is the slope exactly in the building area? Maybe a split-level design would work, or you could step the dining room back a bit. I have an idea in mind...

The gradient is 3 meters per plot (see also the attached excerpt from the development plan).

I really like the proposed options so far and I’m realizing more and more that my initial draft was basically just stretching a “standard floor plan” in length and width.

These floor plans definitely won’t be used and need a complete redesign... so I’m still open to more ideas.

Site plan: Planstraße 3/1, orange parcels, blue boundary lines, green area on the left.

Well... is there a site plan with more detailed contour lines? It seems that the reference point is shown on the site plan instead.

Yes, I saw that. But sometimes within the building area, there is a section that is almost flat. In the pictures from @freakbetty, the slope looks very even. Do you already know each other? You will be neighbors, right?

To me, it looks more like an "alternate account" than "neighbors." More like the guy in the shaving mirror.

@11ant It’s outrageous to make such an accusation just because someone is newly registered.

Sorry, that was definitely not my intention. Same development area and same age – it's quite common in forums that someone uses a smartphone at work and then logs in from their PC at home with a different account. I’m glad if I’m wrong – especially if, as in this case, it means the original poster has a “fellow sufferer” dealing with the same zoning plan implementation.

A development like this with a sloped site and tight regulations

Here, you will find much more challenging examples: for instance, your situation with a fixed reference elevation is actually comparatively favorable.

Because the way people interact here in the forum seems quite strange to me.

Not everyone is harsh, but most are friendly. Even I have a helpful core community that’s more useful than the initial impression given by the tone might suggest.
