Maybe you have some helpful comments!

That one has already been mentioned, and I don’t see it addressed yet:

I’m afraid there still needs to be a column somewhere in the dining area to support the ceiling.

I would move the dressing room door further toward the top of the plan and swap the toilet and shower (the toilet is better placed near a window).
Regarding the windows on the ground floor: still only one window on the west side and two or one larger window on the south side. An explanation for this has already been given.

This kitchen island somehow seems a bit out of place, doesn’t it? It’s positioned halfway and diagonally in the dining area instead of the kitchen. Do you really need so many kitchen cabinets that an L-shape is necessary? Otherwise, I would prefer the standard layout:

Ground floor plan: kitchen/dining/living area, hallway, utility room, WC, storage room, garage, boiler room.

Well, basically I think it’s fine as it is. However, the stove and sink are neither conveniently nor ergonomically combined with the refrigerator and oven. The classic work triangle is missing here, and the island gets in the way while working.

I also wouldn’t like the living room being misused as a passageway...

In my opinion, this also seems structurally feasible.
