I don't see how the OP's living room has anything to do with your preferences?

It's simply so that he can consider how he wants it and what his preferences are. There isn't only your opinion...

Desk next to the parents’ bed? Or a dressing table?

Have you carefully considered that if the wardrobe on the right is meant to be a walk-in closet, you will have to get up at the same time?

No, this is not a vanity table for the lady. The actual office is located in the attic.

Always welcome your opinions!

From a drainage perspective, I see a deterioration compared to the original design.

So, you mean makeup is office work and takes place in the attic? – aha

As it is now, I would swap the positions of the dressing room and the bathroom on the upper floor. Bathrooms/toilets should be stacked to minimize the length of plumbing runs. Then, if possible, I would place both children's rooms on the south side.

With two bathrooms, a master suite is also a good option.
