with my current terrace door (PVC door) (installed in 2001), the guide rail for the latch on one side has broken off (cast part).
As a result, the actual plastic latch no longer has a guide.
Now I don’t know where to get a replacement for this. I can’t find a suitable spare part online under the manufacturer’s name. The installation company no longer exists.
The part looks like the latches from Maco. Can anyone tell me if they might fit, or where I could get an original part?
The latch should be replaceable as a whole. At least there is a screw inserted from the front. However, I haven’t tried to remove the part by force yet.
