Hello experts,

I’m trying to replace the handle on some windows. Usually, this is quite straightforward by flipping a cover and then you typically see two screws. However, with the windows shown in the attachments, it doesn’t seem that simple. Does anyone know the trick? Also, are these standard handles with two screws and a “square steel spindle” after all? Thanks and best regards, Ashley

Turning or removing the cap are the two options I know of...

I can't really make out anything clear in picture 1. In our case, where I have marked in your picture (I hope I was allowed to do that), there is a small hole where you can insert a nail or something similar to press back a pin in the handle and then simply pull it off.

These are certainly not standard window handles.

You should try taking photos that are not underexposed or out of focus. Maybe try shooting outdoors in the evening or at night.

Here is a better picture. I think you need to press in somewhere to remove the handle?
