I have a Framtid HGC6T ceramic cooktop and would need to install it above a built-in dishwasher due to space constraints. Would this be possible, or would the cooktop get too hot from underneath, potentially damaging the dishwasher below?
Thank you in advance for a clarifying response 🙂

The dishwasher only has insulation above it, and the cooktop generates heat. If overheating causes a short circuit and, in the worst case, a fire, the insurance will not cover any damages. It is safer to use a freestanding cooktop placed on the countertop.
