I have a 3.55m x 2.57m (11.6 ft x 8.4 ft) room that I want to design as a bathroom.
The door must be on the left side and the window on the right side of the exterior wall.
The room dimensions are fixed. So far, so good.
No matter how much I tinker or rearrange, I can’t come up with a floor plan that I like. It’s mainly about the position of the walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
I want a wall on either the left or right side of the toilet because I don’t like the idea of having to reach backward for the toilet paper. Ideally, the toilet and shower would fit along the window wall, but then where would the window go? I can’t have a narrow but long window because every window must have a roller shutter.
I’ve already looked at quite a few floor plans, but often the rooms were square (which mine isn’t), and when rectangular, the door was usually on the long side (which is not the case for me). I feel like I’m going in circles and would really appreciate any ideas or suggestions.

You won’t be going in circles.
I think the layout and furnishing are good as they are.
Do you want to enclose the shower at the front with glass?
I would maximize the length of the shower as much as possible. Then have the partition wall made thicker so that on the shower side you have an integrated shelf a bit higher up, and on the toilet side a slightly deeper shelf for paper and other items. Possibly a built-in unit could be installed there to hide spare paper and the brush.
If you build up the front of the shower, you can extend the wall to about 140cm (55 inches), then have a glass door 80cm (31 inches) wide. With a partition wall about 30cm (12 inches) deep, that leaves a good meter (39 inches) for the toilet area 🙂
Nice washbasin opposite the toilet.
Window position can be flexible...

Besides, if necessary, I could use the extra space more effectively with a shelf or something similar. The idea of a thicker partition wall is very good, thanks for that!
Another alternative I thought of was swapping the shower and toilet. The advantage would be that the path to the toilet is shorter, considering you use the toilet several times a day but only shower once.
