Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the Ikea Pax wardrobe series. Are there any Ikea Pax wardrobes that come with special compartments designed specifically for accessories? I’m not referring to simple shelves or hanging rods, but rather integrated organizers, such as inserts for jewelry, watches, ties, belts, or small compartments tailored for such accessories.

I am mainly interested in practical and well-thought-out solutions that allow easy overview and organization of various small items inside the wardrobe. Does anyone have experience with this or know of any products that offer this from the factory, or possibly official additional modules from Ikea for the Pax system intended for this purpose?

Thank you in advance!

To explore the topic in detail:

Ikea Pax is a modular system designed for maximum flexibility. Most compartment layouts are intended for larger clothing items, shoes, and mid-sized pieces. Special inserts for small accessories are only partially available.

For example, there are drawer organizers that can be divided, but no specially shaped inserts for jewelry or watches like those offered by high-end furniture manufacturers.

Many users combine this with separate inserts from Ikea’s own range, such as the "SKUBB" organizer, or use third-party products to supplement.

For ideally customized storage, you often need to purchase additional organizers that cater precisely to the size zones, materials, and handling of the accessories.

I would recommend first taking a detailed inventory of your own accessories and then reviewing the available solutions. For example:
- For jewelry, flat drawer inserts with many small compartments are suitable, often made of wood or felt.
- For belts and ties, wide flat trays or specialized hangers work well.
- For watches, padded compartments or storage boxes are preferable.

Ikea Pax alone does not fully provide this, but it is a solid foundation that can be expanded with add-on boxes and inserts.

What types of accessories do you mostly need to store? Do you have preferred materials for the inserts?

I have a set of wooden drawer inserts for jewelry in the Pax wardrobe. They are not from Ikea but fit well in the drawers.

The advantage is that they have small compartments that keep everything organized.

Ikea itself does not offer any suitable specialized inserts for this.

That is the core point.

As already mentioned, Ikea mainly offers universal organization solutions. For specific inserts for accessories, you often have to invest in third-party products or add your own.

Ikea does offer accessories like drawer inserts, compartment dividers, or boxes, but there are no pre-made drawer inserts specifically designed for jewelry or watches.

If you need a clear structure, you should either take precise measurements yourself and obtain suitable dividers or rely on additional organizers.

My recommendation would be to consider the Pax base as the framework and supplement it with targeted accessories from other manufacturers.
