Hello everyone, I’m planning to furnish my bedroom with Ikea Brimnes furniture and would like to know if anyone has tips for making the best use of it. Specifically, I’m interested in efficient storage solutions and how to combine the furniture in a way that doesn’t overcrowd the room but still provides enough space for clothes and other items. I’m also open to recommendations on how to maintain the quality and durability of the Brimnes series, especially regarding frequently used drawers and doors. I can only agree with that. Additionally, I would say that when it comes to the Brimnes system, how you assemble the modules is crucial for making the most of the space.

If space is really limited, dressers with a shallower depth are more practical than wardrobes because they can be positioned more flexibly. For the bed drawers, applying a light glide wax on the runners helps prevent squeaking and protects the mechanism.

From personal experience: use smaller boxes or baskets inside the drawers to keep everything organized and to avoid having to search for individual items.

Regarding the look: Brimnes in white appears very clean and works well with minimalist designs. Adding some wooden flooring or rugs brings warmth and contrast, which is worth considering.
