Hello!
I'll start.
Heated area 200m2 (2,153 sq ft)
KfW 55 standard
Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
Current outdoor temperature 6°C (43°F)
Heating energy consumption including hot water 35 kWh
Electricity consumption 9 kWh
COP 3.88

Analyzed the last 24 hours today:

Outside temperature around 1 degree Celsius (34°F)
Required heat quantity in the last 24 hours: 90 kWh (water and heating)
Electricity consumption: 24 kWh

90 / 24 = COP 3.75.

It’s not completely unreasonable, but it’s also not really good for a KfW55 house with a state-of-the-art air source heat pump. I would like to see it above 4.x.

I will perform a new hydraulic balancing when it gets colder, as I suspect there is a short circuit causing unnecessary energy loss.

Otherwise, everything is already optimized as far as possible.

24 kWh for the last 24 hours is really not good. I will reset my heat pump and monitor the next 24 hours again.
Yesterday I had 21.6 kWh overall for 24 hours.

This cannot be explained by 2 degrees Celsius (36°F) higher flow temperature and heating the basement.

Isn't it good? 😱

What was the consumption for @halmi yesterday?

No, in my opinion, it is not good either. I would expect a value between 17 and 21 kWh, which means an efficiency increase of about 20%.

How are your TACOs set for each heating circuit? Have you already posted the table/data here?

No, that’s exactly what I need to work on now. I’m preparing a table with a) theoretical calculation b) current settings c) target state

Then I will recalibrate everything.
