The sensor was always properly inserted. The part is simply defective. Why is it working again now?

why is it working again now?Because I hit the sensor against the heat pump after I saw a 12K differential in the menu.Hitting it helps me deal with frustration and the sensor.

Because I attached the sensor directly to the heat pump after I saw a 12K temperature spread in the menu.
Hitting it helps me deal with frustration and the sensor. Violence is often a good solution 😀
A brief update on my heat pump. I have to “calibrate” my return sensor every other day :p but then it runs well. I still hope my heating technician will replace the sensor soon because I check the temperature difference between the supply and return lines more often than I’d like, and I’m not really keen on that.
With a perfectly adjusted heat pump, the monthly consumption would probably already be accounted for, but as it is, there will be an additional 150 kWh on top.
Any house consumption noticeably above 25 kWh is due to the too high temperature difference of the heat pump. The most extreme case was on January 20th, when at 6°C (43°F) outside, the house consumption showed 43 kWh due to the faulty sensor.
