A silly question, but isn't "cycling" the term used to describe turning the compressor (outdoor unit) on and off?

Operating hours of the compressor since 15.12.20 (essentially since the heat pump has been in heating mode this winter) are currently 468 hours.

Unfortunately, I can't compare this to last year/winter because the 1799 compressor hours recorded on 15.12.20 probably include the screed drying period and not just the heating operation during the previous winter.

Zaba, this is how it looks with the modern pump in our system. The system has been running for almost 14 months.
