I am honestly shocked right now. Our construction company just informed me that they want 21.4% more money due to price increases in the building industry. At the moment, I am still stunned and can’t think clearly.

There are so many items you could include or exclude. That’s why a comparison price is really difficult, as it would need to be standardized. No, that is actually quite simple. Basic finish, standard finish, upscale finish, or high-end finish. The finish levels are quite well defined, similar to those used in rent indices or similar.
I also find it difficult to specify the price per square meter. For example, if we only have a utility basement, it will never have the same price per square meter as the residential ground floor or residential attic floor... so these figures are very, very difficult to determine.
