We plan to build a house next year in 33449 Langenberg. The plot of land is already secured.
So far, we have only received an offer from Viebrockhaus, which we liked very much. Now we would like to get additional offers and are looking for providers that offer similar services.
The house should be built using solid construction methods and preferably meet the KFW40+ standard, delivered ready for move-in.
Which providers should we consider?
Construction is planned to start next year.
I appreciate any advice.

It’s quite possible that your issue might happen to us as well. We now have proposals from the latest construction companies still in consideration, including Splietker, who really build very nicely. But we actually want a KFW40+ house or at least heating in the basement and an insulated basement, which basically amounts to the same thing. However, that is not explicitly stated in the latest design either.
Did Splietker completely reject that for you?
Cost versus features seems to be very similar between the mentioned companies. For example, one charges €350 for the door including installation, the other €375. Then the other company is cheaper in some other aspect.

We are currently surveying the market. We already have a plot approval. The blue Splietker builder is still in the running for us.
