We plan to build a house next year in 33449 Langenberg. The plot of land is already secured.
So far, we have only received an offer from Viebrockhaus, which we liked very much. Now we would like to get additional offers and are looking for providers that offer similar services.
The house should be built using solid construction methods and preferably meet the KFW40+ standard, delivered ready for move-in.
Which providers should we consider?
Construction is planned to start next year.
I appreciate any advice.

BauBauNRW9 Jun 2021 21:44It fell through for us. I hope you receive approval for another plot... From my experience, Kelle was more practical/functional, while Splietker was perhaps a bit more "stylish." The price difference was maybe around 5%. I think both would have been good choices...
