ᐅ Which home builders are available in Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL)

We plan to build a house next year in 33449 Langenberg. The plot of land is already secured.
So far, we have only received an offer from Viebrockhaus, which we liked very much. Now we would like to get additional offers and are looking for providers that offer similar services.
The house should be built using solid construction methods and preferably meet the KFW40+ standard, delivered ready for move-in.
Which providers should we consider?
Construction is planned to start next year.
I appreciate any advice.

I would recommend Splietker from Rheda. If we had a plot of land, we would have built with them.

Thank you for your reply. We consulted with them and had a very positive experience; their advice was very professional. However, their price of 2400 euros per square meter (in the "basic package") is, in my opinion, quite high, so we would like to compare other providers.

That's true, they are not cheap. However, we were convinced by the quality and especially by the construction sites we visited, which were all top-notch.

Otherwise, I would also recommend Lüdtke from Herzebrock, but they only handle the shell construction.

In the neighborhood, someone is building with Krähenhorst from Rietberg. So far, I haven't heard anything negative about them, but I don't know their details.
