Yes, how often hot water is produced, but not only by you.

For us, it is 300 liters (79 gallons) once or twice a day.

Thanks for the update.
Yesterday, my situation looked like this:
2x hot water, 1x 3-hour defrost in the oven, and outdoor temperature between -5 and 0 degrees Celsius (23 and 32 degrees Fahrenheit).

Dashboard: Hausverbrauch 34,6 kWh am 26. Dez 2020; PV 3,8 kWh; Netz 30,1 kWh; Batterie 739 Wh.

@Zaba12 how much energy did the heat pump consume at those temperatures?

Without heating but with hot water, at the beginning of December we used 12 kWh per day. This means that just for heating, we used 23 kWh yesterday.
