Because of the busy road, I would hope for plots #4, #3, #2 (in that order). ;-) But from experience, those are usually taken first, so... don’t be disappointed if it’s "only" plot #24, for example.

The strong preference for north-facing orientation is spreading even further; it seems like half of Germany is affected. Aside from that:

1. Is the utility room enough as the only storage space?
2. Walking route from the kitchen to the dining area: it feels unnecessarily complicated.
3. I would convert the dead corner of the gallery into a storage room.
4. Only narrow, single-door glass elements for the living room terrace door?

I prefer number 1 🙂. The large yellow “road” is actually just a dirt track where the hunter might occasionally drive through with a 4x4. Otherwise, it’s only used by walkers. I also don’t understand why it’s marked so prominently there.

4. Only narrow single-door glass panels in the living room as the patio door?

1. That should actually be sufficient.
2. We prefer a closed kitchen.
3. We have considered that, but cleaning the second window would become quite difficult over the years.
4. Why not?

1. Just wanted to mention that. Hobbies with equipment need space.
2. That’s what doors are for. But the walking distance is unnecessarily long.
4. A matter of personal taste.

Just a quick note: When furnishing the walk-in closet, you will quickly realize that only about 1.5 meters (5 feet) of wardrobe with a height of at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) can fit there. The rest is difficult to furnish due to doors, windows, walkways, and sloping ceilings.

Because it is hardly possible to carry a tray through the narrow doors?…! Because you hardly have a view from inside to the garden outside?…!
