@kaho674 ... the 11 m² (118 sq ft) of wasted dressing room space really caught my eye as well 😉.

The utility/technical room is the same ... there are again areas that serve no purpose.

And for plots 1 and 22, I definitely wouldn’t place the garage facing south.
