Salus_86Now, try to imagine your preferred fireplace there. Should it be visible only from the living room or also from the dining room? Should the wall possibly be directly in front of the fireplace? That would not be ideal. Passing by or cleaning would then be inconvenient and represent poor planning.
We don’t know what kind of stove or fireplace you have in mind.
Personally, I don’t mind placing the sofa at a distance in front of a window wall, but this is a different kind of window wall. Here, you would block the light that is supposed to come through the window. It will also cause strong reflections.
I would place the door to the office opposite the stairs and create a continuous built-in wardrobe on the wall in the entrance area.

Should the wall be placed directly in front of the stove, if necessary? It will be a wood-burning stove, often referred to as a “Swedish stove.”
Creating a nice design can be this simple. But with the square meters, it’s also easier.
Now I’ll start with some high-level complaints:
The house is fine, but the plot is not. If I’m seeing this correctly, the house is oriented towards the southeast. Have you considered (it’s possible) rotating the house 90° towards the southwest? Ridge direction possible? Then the garage would be on the wrong side.
Ground floor:
Swap the door swing directions in the vestibule and guest toilet. In the vestibule, the door blocks the parking space when opened. In the guest toilet, you have to walk around the door.
The kitchen has too much glazing and therefore too little countertop space.
The hallway offers too little storage.
Upper floor:
Children’s rooms are the same size.
Parapet/railing needed between the gallery and the staircase.
Bedroom with 13sqm (140sqft) is sufficient. But why is the walk-in closet open to the gallery? It would be better to create a master bedroom including the hallway and move the bedroom door to the hallway. Unfortunately, there is currently too little space for this because the open door either blocks access to the bedroom or the bathroom.
Access to the toilet within the bathroom is difficult. It would be best to completely redesign the bathroom. With 17sqm (183sqft), something better should be possible.
In general, I find this open style exaggerated for the size of the house; that needs at least 250 to 300sqm (2,690 to 3,230sqft). So in the kitchen and hallway, the fully glazed front door is great but leaves no room for storage.
No matter how good the plan is, it can still handle changes. ;-)
Even if these are just minor details and personal preferences.

Oh, so the TV is going on the wall in the office? No, it will be mounted on the free-standing wall between the living room and dining area.
