Now there is only a 300€ builder’s bonus according to the Telekom homepage. But this also applies only until commissioning by 06.02.18, which was yesterday.

We were explicitly told that the bonus is only given when the building contract is signed through the client hotline. Maybe that’s why you can’t find any offers?

We were also told by phone that the €400 bonus is given upon contract signing, as long as the phone line was ordered before the deadline. It doesn’t matter if the contract was signed before the deadline or not. In the meantime, the bonus deadline has been extended to December 31, 2018, with a bonus of €300. I’m curious whether I will receive the €300 or €400 bonus when I sign the contract. Maybe someone who ordered the phone line earlier and is now signing the contract can share their experience.

That already covers part of Telekom’s installation flat rate for a new build.

Connection registration 2/2017. Installation 12/4/17. Contract from 12/17. Bonus: €400. Or more precisely: house connection €800, but a credit of €400 on the contract account. Also, 12 months at €19.95 instead of €39.95 on top. Not wishful thinking, fact. Karsten
