ᐅ Telecommunications House Connection – Your Experiences. Is Magenta M Okay?

Thank you for this report. For exactly these reasons, we always stick with Telekom for both business and private use. They are far from perfect, but at least still reliable. Karsten

No offense, but I think the stories are just as interchangeable as the telecom companies themselves. I have personally experienced with that teleco that on the moving day, they planned to come by sometime between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. to activate the connection. There was always someone on site, but no technician showed up. Around 4 p.m., I called to ask where they were. “Yes, they were here but didn’t find anyone.” “Well, someone was here the entire time, plus there was constant loading and unloading, and there was no company vehicle.” “Oh yes, definitely.” “No, definitely not. When exactly was that?” “At ... o’clock.” “That’s odd, I was personally at the front door and in the garden the whole time.” This back and forth went on a few times until we suddenly got the information that something had gone wrong in internal communication and there was no actual order. Funny how they still had an exact time for the supposed visit...

What I want to say is, you will find complete idiots on both sides. O2 has also cost me some nerves, but overall I’ve managed quite stress-free, going back to Viag Interkom days, if anyone still remembers those.

Now in the new build, it will be the teleco, and so far I’m very satisfied with the builder service. Friendly and with genuinely customer-oriented advice. I should add that the connection is not yet installed—let’s see what happens next [emoji23]
