Hello everyone...

After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

The bathtub on the upper floor should be moved out of the 2m (6.5 ft) line. Possibly consider swapping the shower and toilet. In the lower floor, I find little to criticize, except maybe that the entrance door could block access to the guest toilet.

Yes, I agree about the bathtub… I already mentioned it to 11ant… The designer said it’s possible with a skylight… but I’m still not sure… thank you

Perhaps the sink in the guest bathroom could be moved slightly closer to the toilet, which would also allow you to position the door a bit further away from the main entrance door. However, this would also mean the window would shift.

That could be an option... yes, I’ll keep an eye on it... otherwise??

Your bathroom is large enough to easily fit a 90x120 cm (35x47 inch) shower. However, this can still be adjusted during the construction phase if needed.
