Hello everyone...

After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

To be honest, I could barely make out anything on the sketch.

Sketch of a small room: bed at the top, wardrobes on the left, door at the bottom left, furniture on the right.

Best regards in brief

If you swap kids’ room I and the bedroom, you will get closer to our floor plan.

Could you tell me which thread that is in – I can’t seem to find it right now (?)

From what I understood, it’s a draftsman employed by the builder.

With Heinz von Heiden, if I remember correctly.

And another dormer is not allowed because of the development plan… the area would then be too large, and we are only allowed to build 1.5 storeys…

I’m not quite sure about that: yes, the attic is relatively large due to the 45° roof pitch and the concealed knee wall, so you’d have to precisely calculate the “full storey” to see how much “space” is left. On the garden side, there is only a dormer on one third of the eaves length, and currently none on the entrance side – so there should still be some room for adjustment.

Maybe that’s for the best.
The illustration in #198 probably shows your bathroom (rotated to true north, so “washing machine” and “dryer” appear upside down). However, I would interpret the bathtub to be where you want to remove it. I’d rather arrange the fixtures in the area with under 2 meters (6.5 feet) ceiling height.

The number of floors was checked... more than that is not possible... We had already asked about this... because I originally wanted two...
