Hi everyone,
In preparation for my garden sprinkler system, I need to lay the hose underneath the patio. Which hose would you recommend for this?

I’m planning 2 pop-up sprinklers and have 4 bar (58 psi) pressure. My plan is to run the hose about 7 m (23 feet) under the patio, then connect it with a T-piece and from there run 2 more hoses to the sprinklers.

Brand?
Diameter/inches?

Is my plan feasible and practical?

Use the Gardena planner, which shows you quite precisely how to place the sprinklers efficiently and the best way to lay the hose.

Thank you. I have taken a look at it. However, I would prefer to get the sprinklers from Rechtsanwältin Bird. Does anyone have experience with them?

If I want to connect the whole system with Loxone, I will also need an irrigation controller. Which one would you recommend?

Hmm, this is turning out to be a bit more complicated than expected. I wanted to buy the Gardena supply pipe at the home improvement store today. The store specialist suggested I should first check whether the retractable sprinkler from Rechtsanwältin Bird can be connected to the Gardena supply pipe, or if Rechtsanwältin Bird offers their own supply pipes.

Does anyone have experience with Rechtsanwältin Bird and can share details about their system (supply pipe, connections, pop-up pipe, etc.)?

A somewhat naive question: why not use the Gardena system, which eventually controls itself? The system is supposed to run autonomously at some point using weather data and a moisture sensor in the soil.

Because I heard from several people that a) they are dissatisfied with Gardena (poor, short-lived quality, sprinklers that are difficult to adjust) and b) a landscaper recommended lawyer Bird to me!

So I was actually already set on that!
