Hello everyone,
I never planned to build a house, but now I find myself completely involved without any prior knowledge. I want to convert the attic space for my daughter. Since I’m not very creative myself, I’m asking here if anyone might have some unique ideas for furnishing a teenager’s room. She is 15 and definitely wants a room that is very different from her friends’ rooms.
I appreciate any tips!

However, I would suggest discussing it with the occupant of the room first. Graffiti is not just graffiti... colors, shapes, style... it’s all a matter of taste.

Hello everyone,
the idea of the graffiti is great. I’m sure my daughter will love it. Such a piece of art would also fit perfectly in the chill-out area. That way, she would finally have the cool and unique room she’s been wanting for a long time. I’ll ask at our community youth center if the boys and girls might be interested in decorating a wall. Where else could I ask? Hopefully, I’m lucky and can get it done during the school holidays. Time is really running out.
If you have any interesting tips, I would be very happy. Maybe there’s something suitable for my daughter’s new room.
Best regards, gatita

Maier GmbH13 Oct 2008 08:46Hello Gatita! When I was 15, I would have loved to have a cool photo wallpaper on one of the walls – with pictures of all my friends, or of myself, my hobbies, and so on. Best regards, Rohbau
