Hello everyone, I am currently facing an issue with my new BILLY shelves from IKEA. I noticed that some of these shelves are missing screws or connectors, which makes assembly much more difficult or even impossible. My specific question is: Are there known reasons or common causes for missing screws or connectors in some BILLY shelves? Is this something IKEA does intentionally, are there manufacturing or packaging defects, or is it more related to transport and storage? Important: If any parts are missing, first carefully check all small bags and compartments in the packaging. Sometimes these parts are well hidden. Only then contact customer service.
