That’s a good and very specific question. I find that with PAX, the difference between purely functional use and optimal system integration through accessories becomes clear. For example, Ikea’s internal shelves are useful but often too thin and unstable.

Therefore, I recommend high-quality shelves from third-party suppliers that are more stable and load-bearing. It’s also worth considering LED lighting with motion sensors – this greatly enhances usability, especially in dark rooms.

Modular drawer inserts that help organize are also important. However, I would remain cautious about using too many third-party products, as their fit is often not perfect.

Those who rely on a good combination of original parts and carefully tested alternatives will ultimately have much more satisfaction with PAX.

For me, drawers and clothes rails from Ikea are especially important. Additionally, I use baskets and inserts from third-party suppliers for better organization. I do not use lighting, as I find it too complicated.
