The surface of these facades tends to be relatively cold, so in the morning, warmer air condenses on the surface. Combined with microorganisms and pollen that thrive in these damp areas, this leads to dark discoloration (which is not always mold). The only real option is to use fungicidal paints, which need to be reapplied regularly to maintain their effectiveness. Alternatively, you can choose a dark facade color from the start to make the stains less visible.
