So we bought a new actuator, swapped it with the old one, and connected the blue and brown wires. However, as soon as we attach the new actuator, it pushes the pin fully down, blocking the flow. Although the two wires are connected correctly, the actuator does not allow the pin to move back up, and the blue part of the actuator is not visible.
We are now wondering what could be causing this.
