Thank you very much! In the meantime, I was even able to find the floor plan myself. It is very good; there is nothing your neighbor could criticize you for.

I still have a few questions:
On the ground floor, the corridor has no windows, and in the basement, the lighting comes only from the side. How satisfied are you with the brightness there?

Yes, the hallway on the ground floor and basement is dark. That was a compromise we had to accept building on a slope. It was more important to us that the living spaces receive enough natural light. In the stairwell, we installed LED strips that stay on throughout the day.
