Hey,

Currently, three recessed spotlights are planned. However, I’m not sure if three are too few, meaning it might be too dark.

As shown in the pictures, these will be installed. Are the performance specifications sufficient?

And in the bathroom, simply arranged in a row, also three units.

Thanks for your feedback!

It is too dark with these spots, almost needs to be doubled or use different fixtures.

Ah, okay. What should the minimum values be?
The lumen rating is the relevant value, right? Or should there be more watts per spotlight?

With the same light distribution, I would recommend 150 lm per sqm (14 lm per sq ft) in the hallway and 250 lm per sqm (23 lm per sq ft) in the bathroom. For darker surfaces, use more. The selected spots distribute the light quite evenly through the diffusers; however, in the hallway, the light distribution can still become very uneven and appear dim.

I would install significantly more recessed spotlights to create a well-organized layout. Do you have a suspended ceiling? If so, and if you have enough space, I would choose recessed spotlights with replaceable light bulbs. This way, you can easily adjust the brightness by using more or fewer bulbs.

I agree as well. Either double the output of the spotlights or double their number... otherwise, it tends to be rather dim.
