Hello everyone,
Base cabinet with 3 drawers. The top drawer is shallow, for pencils, etc., the middle drawer is deeper, and the bottom drawer is for hanging files. The two upper drawers do not have full extension, the hanging file drawer has full extension.
I want to remove the drawers from the base cabinet of the Signature desks.
Lifting or similar methods don’t work. Does anyone know how to do this? The two upper drawers are made of plastic (wood front with handle) with a guide groove and stop at the end.
I appreciate any help.
Best regards, Wolfgang

IKEA-Freund9 Dec 2013 19:37Hello,
first of all – I am not familiar with Signatur. Drawers from other old Ikea drawer cabinets with plastic runners could be unlocked by carefully pressing down a plastic tab between the cabinet side and the outside of the extended drawer – then you can pull the drawer out. Be careful – with the estimated age of the runners, the plastic might have become brittle.
Good luck,
