Hello,
In our kitchen, which was newly installed in December 2013, the plastic part that holds the pull-out spray head of the faucet has come loose. Now the pull-out spray head is hanging awkwardly from the faucet. Has anyone had similar problems and managed to fix them? I’m not really keen on taking the faucet apart again and driving to IKEA because of this.
Best regards, Andreas

do you mean the small rubber ring on the tapered nut?

Hello,
do you mean the small rubber ring on the conical nut?No, there is clearly a larger white plastic ring glued inside the "outer pipe," which now comes out together with the shower head. The plastic ring basically reduces the inner diameter so that the shower head is held firmly in the outer pipe with the two rubber rings.

IKEA-Experte28 Jan 2014 20:11There is a Torx screw at the back of the faucet in a hole. Try to see if you can remove the top half by loosening it. That way, you wouldn’t have to take the entire faucet to IKEA-Experte.
Alternatively, you could glue the plastic tube in place if it keeps coming loose.
