Hello,
this is my first post, and I hope I won’t get criticized for this "silly" question here.
I bought a plot of land this year (950 m² (10,225 sq ft)) and plan to build a nice house on it in 2015. Not a prefab house, but one designed by the architect who also built my company’s building.
I have a girlfriend with 3 kids, so we need space… and I would like a large living room and a nice bathroom as well. It should have a hip roof, a bit of a Mediterranean style, and two stories.
I know these details are VERY limited, and I already have an appointment with the architect, but he is very busy and will get back to me when he has time (it’s not urgent anyway, there are still about 2 good years). But maybe someone can give me a rough idea of how much a house like this would cost! Excluding landscaping and exterior work...
Here are the facts / wishes:
about 300 m² (3,230 sq ft)
custom designed
high-end finishes for sure
nice / luxurious bathroom
hip roof
double garage
Thank you very much, I’m happy to answer any further questions.
Regards,
Armin

@Schimi1791: I’m glad that in this case it turned out to be a genuine revival, but that doesn’t excuse, in my opinion, your otherwise somewhat strong tendency to create lost threads ;-)

This is what a villa looks like. Not those substitute villas in the Tuscan style.

Even though the style isn’t my taste, I think it’s well done.
rick2018 schrieb:Not the color of the windows and the soffits – but what then?
Only the garage door, I would have chosen a different color.

To me, the house doesn’t look like it’s located in Germany 🙂Is the construction sign still visible? Are the palm trees real?
Heyyy, who doubts me and my house that has stood for 6 years now 😉
These are (not yet) doubts.
After all, the area code for Hanau is visible on the (construction) sign...
When saying "To me, the house doesn’t look like it is in Germany," it means that it doesn’t look—haha—as if the house is located in Germany. Among other things, because of the palm trees. It could (!) also be somewhere else—outside Germany. This does not mean—attention! duplex negatio affirmat!—that it cannot be located in Germany 🙂

I know... 😉 Just kidding!
