What do you think about the design and the room layouts?

Could you not place the garage as a boundary wall directly next to the neighbor’s garage?
The two windows in the garage are actually not necessary.
If the garage is moved, the entrance to the house would then have to be on the narrow side of the house.

Where do you see size in this house?

The hallway areas and bedrooms have significantly more square meters than necessary and are huge compared to the children's rooms. The living area also has relatively a lot of space. For an overall spacious house, it’s not too much, but the spaciousness doesn’t extend to the kids’ area. If the total size is fixed, a better redistribution should definitely take place.

The garage should be right on the boundary. No windows are allowed there.

The floor plans still lack dimensions. The window sill heights are also missing... one of the children’s rooms will end up a dark cave.

since there is neither a north arrow, site plan, explanations about who is supposed to live there, etc. Not even what you like or where you have doubts or questions.

You have to figure out the north arrow and first rotate the house as it will probably be positioned on the lot.

Explanations are still completely missing.

Why would the garage have to be on the boundary line?

The floor plans still lack dimensions. The window sill heights are missing as well... one of the children’s rooms will end up very dark.

What does Z1 mean? = Maximum one-story construction

You have to figure out the north arrow yourself and first rotate the house as it will likely be positioned on the plot.

Explanations are still completely missing.

... and where is the second parking space?
One parking space in the garage. The second parking space is on the driveway.
