Okay, understood from my side. So you didn’t make fun of a design for one or two single-family homes that has nothing to do with my ideas, and you simply recommended the planner of a multi-family house. The one who initially posted a house with a rather unusual design.
I’m not looking for a planner, a draftsman, and definitely not one who lives so far away. We already have a planner and draftsman, even an architect. We’re just still brainstorming the idea.

I would at least try to see if there could be any "synergies" there. Kostjanix, if that turns out not to be the case.
