What quickly caught my attention:
1. How do you access the corner behind the shower? Climb over the bathtub...?
2. Large hallway area, but I’m not really convinced that placing the coat rack in the corner makes sense...
3. Living room and kitchen area are also spacious, but where is the TV supposed to go? The furniture layout shown is probably not accurate.
By the way: The entire design would probably work without the semi-circular extension. It doesn’t seem to add any value… except extra costs.

No, there will be a partition wall built! The space behind the shower is a (dead space).
2. Large hallway area, but I’m not sure if the coat closet in the corner really makes sense…
Yes, it is large. Unfortunately, it ended up that way.
3. Living room and kitchen area are also spacious, but where will the TV go? The furniture layout shown probably isn’t the final one.
I don’t know that yet either!

Please don’t quote it like that; no one will read it.
It only needs a bell tower to pass as a church. In my opinion, the arch serves no purpose at all.
In short, the bathroom is very oddly designed, the children’s room is relatively small, and the bedroom has a lot of wasted dead space. The hallway is huge but not very useful (same upstairs) for a coat area, and the slanted door to the utility room offers no real advantages.
The floor plan has a lot of wasted space and offers few storage options, etc.

helloBut overall, shouldn’t this be known in advance...? Especially in the living area. If that corner is supposed to be the space for the sofa and TV, there are actually only three layout options. The one already drawn and these two... None of the three are really great...
