Two years ago, I had hardwood flooring installed, but since I have two kids, it already looks quite worn. It’s scratched and has some dents, so I wanted to ask you what the best way to handle this would be.
Best regards, Jochen

A description of the damage would also be very helpful. Minor scratches can usually be sanded out, even on cheaper hardwood flooring, or with some luck, polished away. However, deeper dents are not as easy to repair. There is also wood repair wax available for pressure marks, which you can use to fill in such areas.
