The plan is as follows:
9,000 m² (2.2 acres) plot of land (already purchased)
Approx. 165–190 m² (1,775–2,045 sq ft) living space
Approx. 80 m² (860 sq ft) single garage
Heat pump with underfloor, ceiling, and wall heating (optional)
Ventilation system
All windows with blinds, plus an additional mesh for darkening
Planned budget is open
Photovoltaic system with approx. 15 kWp
Contractors will be involved, but with some owner participation (construction time therefore about 3 years)
Both staircases lead to the upper floor, but this will not be finished.
The staircase inside the house leads only to a small hallway. No other rooms.
The garage staircase leads to the technical room.
All paths/passages inside the house have a minimum width of 1.20 m (4 ft)
I created the drawing myself, so the measurements are not 100% accurate.
A professional planner will finalize the plans later.
I didn’t want to spend too much time learning the software.

I could have written anything I wanted, and you would always have found something to say.Based on my history here, I consider that a bold claim from a newcomer, but that’s not the main point. Hopefully, by now you’ve realized this is no walk in the park and that it’s common to receive some criticism if you’re only looking for praise for a self-made design. Sometimes the truth hurts, but I believe that’s better than giving compliments to mediocre designs.Tassimat schrieb:
I couldn’t find the picture from the forum again.
But something like that appeals to me. Although the section shown is maybe 15m (50 feet), you’re planning double that. Yes, that’s quite close to the idea 🙂
We want to use a slightly lighter stone.
Roof will be anthracite.
Windows white. Wood clear for the look. But plastic also has advantages. We will still weigh the options.
We’re only unsure about the window muntins. The look from outside is great, but I’m not sure if I’ll mind them when looking out 😕
Thanks to you.

also think about where the trash bins should be placed. Aren’t those the storage lockers in the "Garage Katzen"?
