ᐅ I need an invoice for an IKEA BESTÅ BURS TV unit.

less than three months ago, we bought the gray TV cabinet (BESTÅ Burs) at IKEA in Vienna Vösendorf for our new apartment. However, it has now become clear that our storage room is affected by mold. Therefore, we had to quickly look for another apartment, where the BESTÅ Burs TV cabinet no longer fits. The problem is that I unfortunately did not keep the receipt at the time, and now I urgently need it for an exchange.
Has anyone recently purchased the same TV cabinet at IKEA and might be willing to lend me their receipt? That would be extremely kind and helpful!

Did you pay with a debit card? Here in Germany, you can use the bank statement to recreate the receipt at the store where I made the payment...

And honestly... For a receipt of at least 299€ I keep the receipt...

Yes, I can still remember the exact day of purchase and I also used the family card at the time. We already tried to exchange the TV stand for other items at IKEA, but the service department manager said that this is unfortunately not possible for various reasons. (We even disassembled the TV stand and wrapped it in bubble wrap, although we had been informed by phone at IKEA that this was not necessary.) Therefore, I think I now need a replacement invoice.

Then, if you ask very nicely—important, YOU MUST ASK NICELY, because you have no right to it—the receipt can be restored, at least in Germany...
