Is it possible to lay the new tiles directly on top of the old tiles? If so, which method would be best suited for this? Can I, for example, install the ceramic tiles on pedestals to save time and reduce labor? In that case, should I prime or seal the old tiles beforehand? For your information: below the tiles is a screed layer, and underneath that is a concrete slab. I would appreciate any tips.
