Hello,

The windows were installed today.
I went to check them this evening in the dark.
Unfortunately, one window seems to have been damaged during installation or transport.
There is a deep scratch on the protective film.
How can this be dealt with now?
It’s quite frustrating.

Report it to the general contractor. Normally, such items are either replaced or refurbished to look like "new." However, it is also possible that the general contractor refers to some condition that means you have to accept the item as "like new," but not brand new.

Yes, I suspect it’s something serious.
Replacing it is tricky; if it were just the sash, it would be relatively simple.
But in this case, the entire window would have to be removed and rebuilt. [emoji45]

Yep, there is proportionality [emoji6]

Let someone else handle that and find yourself a nice-to-have person for it [emoji2]

Also consider it, but in what proportion?
